The premiere featured a video element
created out of metal screening, gobos,
wash lights and video projection clips
from the movie. Moving lights
created a dynamic back light for the DJ
that filled the space with
patterns. The party relied heavily
on graphics by Ed Harvey, these graphics
were lit by battery operated led
fixtures creating a discrete highlight
with an almost invisible source.
The balcony was lit as a dynamic red
space with a gobo floor graphic. A
casino and artist space utilized task
lighting.
Apex designed and provided all
lighting and video elements.
